The Rey is the chair we build in the largest numbers, and it has been refined accordingly. The back rail is shaped to meet your spine at the right height whether you are eating or lingering; the front edge of the seat is rounded so it never digs in. It stacks three high for storage, and the joints are through-tenoned and wedged, which is why we have never had one returned with a wobble.

Vacuum the upholstery on a low setting once a month and rotate the cushions to keep them even. Wipe the frame with a soft dry cloth and re-oil once a year. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
10-year warranty on the solid wood frame and joinery, 2 years on upholstery, foam and webbing. Covers manufacturing defects under normal domestic use; wear from misuse or unauthorised repair is not covered.
Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — we collect from your door at no cost. Made-to-order sizes, custom fabrics and custom polishes are not returnable once production has begun.
Made to order at our Kochi workshop. FSC-certified teak, low-VOC water-based polish, and jute-webbed suspension. Assembly is included with white-glove delivery.
