Marlow uses vegetable-tanned full-grain leather, which means it arrives a little stiff and lightens where you sit and where your arms rest. That is the point: two years in, no two Marlows look the same. Underneath, the frame is hardwood with webbed suspension rather than a solid deck, so the chair has give without sagging. The cushions are feather-wrapped foam — plump them occasionally and they hold their shape indefinitely.

Assembly: Arrives fully assembled
Vacuum the upholstery on a low setting once a month and rotate the cushions to keep them even. Wipe the frame with a soft dry cloth and re-oil once a year. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
10-year warranty on the solid wood frame and joinery, 2 years on upholstery, foam and webbing. Covers manufacturing defects under normal domestic use; wear from misuse or unauthorised repair is not covered.
Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — we collect from your door at no cost. Made-to-order sizes, custom fabrics and custom polishes are not returnable once production has begun.
