What we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.

What we collect
When you place an order or send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, phone number and delivery address you give us, along with the details of what you asked for.
We do not ask for or store card numbers. Payment is handled by our payment provider, and the card details you enter go to them, not to us.
Why we use it
To quote, build, deliver and support the piece you ordered, and to answer the questions you send us. That is the whole of it.
We contact you about your own order as a matter of course. We only send anything else if you have asked us to.
What stays in your browser
Your cart and your wishlist are stored on your own device so they survive a refresh. They are not sent to us until you check out, and clearing your browser storage removes them.
A reference image attached to a customisation enquiry stays in your browser until you submit the enquiry.
Who else sees it
Our delivery partners receive the address and phone number needed to deliver your order. Our payment provider receives what it needs to take payment.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for anyone else’s advertising.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once we no longer need it for an order or for our tax records.
Write to us and we will come back to you within thirty days.
