Cove is left unfinished on purpose. Teak contains enough natural oil to survive outdoors untreated, and over the first year it turns from honey to a soft silver-grey that most people prefer to the original colour. If you would rather keep it golden, an annual coat of teak oil will hold it. All fixings are marine-grade stainless steel, so nothing rusts and stains the timber in the monsoon.

Vacuum the upholstery on a low setting once a month and rotate the cushions to keep them even. Wipe the frame with a soft dry cloth and re-oil once a year. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
10-year warranty on the solid wood frame and joinery, 2 years on upholstery, foam and webbing. Covers manufacturing defects under normal domestic use; wear from misuse or unauthorised repair is not covered.
Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — we collect from your door at no cost. Made-to-order sizes, custom fabrics and custom polishes are not returnable once production has begun.
